Brambles, Rowan and The Hare ceramic mug.
This is a one of a kind, hand thrown drinking cup.
The mugs are finished in a Japanese shino glaze, which originated in the sixteenth century.
The glaze has a unique ability to create a carbon trap using the flame from the gas kiln. The trap creates spots of smoky grey which compliment the black line detail of the illustration featured on the mugs.
As with any gas fired glaze, each will be an individual piece in its colouration and form.
Every single mug is UNIQUE, yours may not look exactly like the ones pictured.
